I just wanted to pop on here one more time this year to wish you and your family a very merry Christmas! It’s been a wonderful, exciting, and very productive year :) I’ve left my full time job to pursue illustration, moved into my first house, and welcomed my first little bundle of joy! A lot has changed for me this year and I’m very excited to see what’s in store for 2009.

I am so thankful for all of you who visit my blog on a regular basis and comment on my posts. You have all been very supportive of my work and personal life.  I wish you all a wonderful holiday season and I’ll be back in the new year!

Isaac is doing so well and growing so quickly! Everyone has told me to savor every moment with him as babies grow so quickly. I’ve been keeping track of his growth progress by taking a photo of him in the same spot for each week up until a month – and now I will take one of him each month. It’s so amazing to see how much he’s grown already!

Work has been put a bit on the back burner until the new year. I’m just relaxing and enjoying the holidays and my new bundle of joy :) Hope you all are having a great holiday season!

I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted a new illustration. I had a little time the other day to have some fun on the computer and decided to do a bit of illustrating. It was nice to get back into it! Isaac is doing very well and growing so quickly – I can’t believe he’s already a month old! Hope you’re all doing well :)

Thank you ALL so much for your congrats on my little bundle! He’s brought so much happiness to my life already! He’s been a pretty good sleeper today so I’ve been able to get this post together for you all :o)

Over the past few months I’ve been working on a children’s birthday card collection for Bug Art. I’ve finally completed the collection and am now able to show you them. I’ve posted a few here but if you pop over to my portfolio section, you can view the full collection. They’re going to be produced with gold and glitter so they’ll be extra special in person. I hope you like them!

Even though I’m a mommy now and my number one priority is my little pumpkin, I’m going to make lots of effort to keep my blog current and keep you posted on any interesting work I have on the go! Have a great week :o)

Isaac Alexander Miller: Born on November 1, 2008 at 3:46 pm, weighing 8 pounds, 1 ounce, and measuring 24 inches long

We’re so happy to announce the birth of our first baby, Isaac Alexander Miller. Rachelle had a great labour and delivery and is recovering very well. She was able to deliver after only an hour of arriving at the hospital! We’re so elated to share this wonderful news with all of you!
