Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost a month since my last post! Motherhood definitely changes life :) I wanted to pop on here to wish you all a very happy Valentine’s day. My free time is fairly limited these days and in the free time I do have, I have paid work that needs to be completed. Therefore, I haven’t been able to post any new illustrations. I do have to say that things are definitely getting easier though. My little one sleeps 12 hours each night and is starting to nap very well during the day! We’re very spoiled!! I’m having the time of my life with him :) My heart is full and it’s so wonderful to spend this first Valentine’s day together as a little family of three.

I’ve posted his 3 month photo for those of you who have been keeping up with his progress. He’s really developing into a cute little man! My mom has been staying with us since Isaac was born but is leaving next week. It’s going to be so sad to see her return to Australia but it’ll also be interesting to see how the three of us work together as a family on our own. Once she’s gone, I hope to get back to some more fun illustration work. She’s great company but I think part of the reason I haven’t done much casual illustration work is because I get distracted and want to hang out with her! I really miss producing new work so hopefully I’ll be able to find some more time once I’m back on my own.
