Illustration Friday: Island

This piece is going be titled ‘Unlikely Friends’! I think I’m going to do a series of them: The Adventures Penguin, Dinosaur, Bird, Monkey, and Teddy! lol

I didn’t get a chance to colour this today but I thought I’d post it anyway because I get a lot of requests to post my work ‘in progress’. Most of my work is situated on a white background but for this series, I’m going all out with colour! I want to practice doing full colour backgrounds as I think it’s important to be versatile in my work. I hope to have this one coloured for this time next week :o)

    This is so Darling! Love them all together. Is so neat to see them in the “bare” stage. You are sooooo talented! Can’t wait to see what colors you chose.     It’s great to see your work in progress. It would be nice to have some of your illustrations in a black and white version, our children would have so much pleasure colouring them !!
