It’s a Boy!!

ultrasound1.jpgI got my ultrasound results last week and found out I’m having a little baby boy!! I’m am so thrilled to become a mommy :o) He was as healthy and happy as ever - quite the little squirmer as well! I feel him moving around in there quite a bit and he was putting on quite the show for the ultrasound - so amazing. I’ve already started decorating the nursery and am working on a collection of illustrations to frame in his room :o)

    Congratulations, Rachael!! I’m sooo happy for you! Little boys are sooo wonderful! Someone once told me that a Mommy and her son have a very special bond with eachother. I didn’t realise how true that is until I had a little boy of my own. I also have 2 little girls, and they are incredibly precious to me, that goes without saying. But a little boy just adds that extra sweetness (and run for your money!) in your heart as a Mommy.

    How Wonderful a little boy!! Congratulations!! isn’t it nice to be able to start decorating knowing what sex the baby is. I noticed when I had my ultrasounds that the baby would move around more than usual for a few hours. I had 3 girls and 2 boys. Ultrasounds had not been around very long in my prego days…but how wonderful to be told I was going to have twins and help get them safely into the world 28 yrs ago…Take Care!!…Hugs, Ila
