Thank you Melissa (Melissa Kew Photography), for taking these beautiful family photos for us. Natural and sweet, you was able to capture some truly precious moments! I was hesitant to attempt a family photo shoot with two young kiddos but I’m so glad I did :) Enjoy!

October is upon us and so is the cold weather and sidewalks full of leaves! This time of year is always busy for us as we have various holidays, events, and birthdays all packed together in the next few months. One of those fun events is Halloween! Isaac has decided to be a monkey this year and therefore it only makes sense for his little brother, Elijah, to be a banana :) This is an exciting time of year and I want to share with you a lovely Etsy store that can help you celebrate.

My little guy just turned 6 months and Isaac just completed his first couple weeks of preschool – where does the time go? I’ll tell you where it goes – into cleaning, playing, napping, cooking, grocery shopping, potty training, teaching, and maybe some more playing – all the things you do when you’re a busy mom of two! I am so content and happy with my life as a mom but my mind does sometime wander to the time when both my little ones will be in school and I’ll be back to working full time. Oh the things I could accomplish in a day! I have a long list of things I’d like to do with my business but between all the playing and cleaning, I just never seem to find the time. This is the reason you’ll only find my on my blog every 1-2 weeks. But don’t fret, I will never abandon it completely ;)
In the time that I did have to work this past week, I’ve redesigned some art prints that have just been released in my Etsy store. You can choose from the pink or blue colour scheme and even choose to have your little one’s name on the print itself :) Let me know what you think!
Rachelle is a mother of two little boys and works part time as a children's illustrator. Her work can be seen in children's books, greeting cards, craft supplies, children's room decor, and more!
