Someone’s Birthday is Coming Up…

Isaac will be turning TWO this Monday and I couldn’t be more proud and excited for him. I know everyone tells you the time flies, but it literally does!
The things we LOVE about Isaac:
He already has an amazing sense of humor. Two year old humour is hilarious!
He loves life, the outdoors, people, and has a zest for living.
Broccoli is his favorite vegetable!
He’s indepedent and stubborn just like his mommy.
He is sensitive and a good listener.
He loves helping clean and bake.
He loves art.
He laughs a lot!
We are throwing Isaac a big bug-themed bday bash on Monday with all his neighbourhood friends. We are happy to see our son growing, learning, and thriving. Even though it might be a bit sad to see him growing up and not needing us as much as he used to, I am more happy to see him become the amazing person he’s meant to be.

I thought this illustration also worked very well for this week’s Illustration Friday theme, ‘Spent’. We have spent so much money, time, love, and energy into our little guy and are rewarded every day by seeing him thrive in this world. Love you Isaac! xo
