Hi everyone! How cute is this Guinea Egg digital stamp?! Once again, I’m in love with it! When creating this shaped card, I was inspired by the colors of pattern paper. I always love this approach, it makes picking a color scheme very easy, plus you end up with a card with a coherent look.
First I printed the Guinea Egg digital stamp on Perfect Colouring paper. If you would like to know how I resize digital stamps and create scenes, you can watch this video on my YouTube channel. After printing, I colored the image with my Copic markers.
After coloring, I used the Stacked Circles die to cut out the scene. The same set I used to die cut a scalloped circle out of Spring Fling pattern paper (discontinued). When coloring the image, I also tried to match the colors with that pattern paper, making sure I ended up with a coherent look.
For the rest I did not do anything special to this shaped card, I think the cuteness of the guinea pig is all it needs!
I hope you like this card, and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
