Hi everyone! It is so much fun playing with background designs featuring the new Easter Fun pattern paper. Having everything digital really opens up a lot of opportunities. I love how the background playfully hugs the Stacked Chicks.
First I created a design with theEaster Fun pattern paper and Stacked Chicks digital stamp. In the center I chose to go for an organic design which is very playful and goes well with the chicks. The design I printed out on Perfect Colouring paper. If you would like to know how I resize digital stamps and create scenes, you can watch this video on my YouTube channel. After printing, I colored the image with my Copic markers:
- Chicks: Y18, Y26, Y21, Y11, E40, BV00, YR12, R81
- Pinks: RV91, RV93, RV95, R81, E04
- Teals: BG70, BG72, BG75
After coloring I added a few highlights with a white gel pen. As a cardbase I used Sage Leaf cardstock which matches nicely with the colors on the card.
