Something fun and different today and just a little bit weird for me because this illustrated stamp by Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studios is a digital stamp of yours truly!!! Just a nice little perk of being on Rachelle's Design Team we had our profile pics illustrated and this is me with my two beloved Pugs.
Should you be interested in this image inspired by me you can purchase it HERE and take a moment to check out all of the other digital stamps on offer.
Purchase your stamps and receive them to your email a minute or two later .... talk about instant gratification! Print the images off on your home printer and get to work colouring in whatever medium you like just be sure to load your printer with the correct cardstock - mine is Copic friendly.
I reduced my image to 70% before printing and then I coloured it with the following Copic colours:-
Skin E04, E11, E21, E00, E0000
Hair E0000, E50, E51, E70, E71, E74
Shirt R20, R00, R000, YR09
Pugs E43, E42, E40, T7, T5, T3, T1
Cheeks R000, R00, R20, R21
I die cut the image using some circle stacking dies from my stash, I used a larger circle from the same set to create the pink panel behind. I backed the main panel with craft foam and mounted it to the pink panel. To make the panel stand up I die cut a second pink panel and I scored it about 1/2 an inch from the top and glued the small scored section to the card at the top - this acts as the hinge. I then cut a skinny slice off the bottom of this panel so that it would stand up straight on display.
For obvious reasons this card will be kept for me in my craft room. It seems a bit narcissistic to send it to someone lol.
Happy crafting friends, thanks for stopping by today!
