Hi everyone! There is a large new release at Rachelle Anne Miller called Animal Numbers! This time there are 10 new digital stamps, all representing numbers with cute critters around them. This is a fun way to create a personalized birthday card. For my card I chose the Nine Ladybugs, and colored the number in a fun way.
On my YouTube channel there is a process video available in which I show you this fun way to color a number. If you like my videos, remember to like and subscribe. Interacting with my content helps my channel to grow, so thank you!
First I printed the Nine Ladybugs on Perfect Colouring paper. Next to the new digital stamp, I also added two clouds which are from Princess Castle Elements. After printing, I die cut the scene with the Folk Edge Rectangles die to create an interesting frame. After that, I colored the image with my Copic markers.
- Ladybugs: R24, R22, C3, C5, C7
- Grass: YG17, YG13, YG01
- Rocks: E70, W2, W4, W6
- Number: E000, YR000, YR20, YR21
For the sentiment, I heat embossed Happy Birthday on black cardstock an popped it up with foam tape. The whole colored scene, I also popped up with foam tape, and placed it on Sour Apple cardstock. I debated whether I should pick green or red cardstock, but in the end I chose green to not distract too much from the cute image. In the video I show the green and red option, and I’m curious to learn which one you’d have picked!
I hope you like this card and it gave you inspiration. Thank you for stopping by and see you next time!
