The happy birthday sentiment is from Poppystamps Happy birthday stitched tag and I layered lots of embossing powder on there. I first heat embossed 2 layers of WOW! white, then 1 layer of WOW! Metalline Red, next 1 layer of WOW! Pink Fizz and finally 1 layer of Recollections Vintage Pink. It didn't need sequins and gems in my opinion, but my printer made a boo-boo and I needed to cover that.
