Shipping & Returns

All orders are printed and packed with care and shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. During especially busy periods or sales, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout. International orders may occasionally be delayed by customs or local postal services.

For orders to the United States, duties and import taxes are prepaid, so there should be no additional duties payable on delivery. For other international destinations, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.

If tracking is included with your shipping method, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is printed on demand, especially for your order, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and I’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. If your order appears to be lost or has not arrived, please get in touch so I can investigate the delivery and help resolve the issue.
