Hello Crafty Friends and Happy Friday! I’m here with a new design team project featuring “Ahoy Matey Pirate” digital stamp from Rachelle Anne Miller Art.
For the background I started with some teal cardstock I had in my stash. I then added the new distress oxide ink in Uncharted Mariner. Absolutely obsessed with this dark turquoise. I white heat embossed the sentiment directly to the background, covered it and then splattered on some Gansai Tambi starry color in white gold.
There is a coloring video up on my Instagram (cardsbysharna) where you can watch me color this darling little pirate up. I did fix the blue stripes on his shirt by adding one more darker color after I shot the video B06. I just felt it helped it pop more.
