Bear & Bunny by Miriam

Hi friends, it’s great to have you visit my card corner once again. I really appreciate you stopping by. Today I am back with a design team post for RAM Stamps (Rachelle Anne Miller) and as you would expect, it’s another gorgeous, whimsical stamp from Rachelle. I get a lot of questions about digital stamps I promise you, they are simple and easy to work with and the results are amazing!! I encourage you to head over to the RAM Stamps website and have a look. Let’s get started with today’s card…..

Today I will be using the Bear & Bunny digital stamp. I downloaded and printed the image using my Canon Pixma printer onto Neenah 80lb cardstock. You don’t need any special ink or printer for a digital stamp. I coloured the image with Copic markers. Once dry, I added white highlights with gel pen. For today’s card, I used the following colour combinations:

Bear – E44, E43, E42, E41, E40, R30

Rabbit – C2, C1, C00, R30

Backgrounds – B00, B000, B97, B95, R85, R83, G02, G00, G000

Once all the colouring was complete I moved on to the card base which was cut and scored to measure 4.25 x 5.5 inches and was cut from Neenah 110lb cardstock. I then die cut the Mama Elephant Oh Hi Loopy Creative Cuts from My Favorite Things Sno Cone cardstock.

I glued the die cut frame onto the coloured image and trimmed any excess. I stamped the sentiment from the My Favorite Things Well, Hello stamp set in Ground Espresso Distress Ink and then glued to the card base.

That completes the card for today. I hope that this card might inspire you to have a go at using digital stamps, if you haven’t already.

Thanks again for visiting……
