Mother and Baby Bunny by Mona

Rachelle Anne Miller Mother and Baby Bunny

Hi friends! Today I am sharing a clean and simple card I made using the sweetest digital stamp, Mother and Baby Bunny, from Rachelle Anne Miller. When I saw this image, I knew I had to make a card with it!

Printing and Coloring

I sized the image and sentiment and printed it out onto Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper with my laser printer. Then I positioned the largest die from My Favorite Things Stitched Mini Scallop Rectangle STAX Die-namics over the image and ran everything through my die-cutting machine.

Just like my previous card with an image from Rachelle Anne Miller, I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens to color the image and background. I wanted a soft look to this card, so I thought this coloring medium would be perfect!

Here are the colors I used:
Bunny: Warm Gray 2 (900), Mid Gray (96), Pale Pink (28)
Blanket: Shadow Mauve (303), Dull Blue (34)
Heart: Light Carmine (21)
Flower: Light Carmine (21), Yellow (50)
Sky: Haze Blue (302)
Grass: Pale Green (45)

Finishing Card

Once I was done with my coloring, I selected a light blue colored patterned paper from DCWV Pastel Patterns Mat Stack paper pack. I put the third largest die from Waffle Flower A2 Layers Die over it and ran everything through my die-cutting machine to cut out a rectangle. Next, I used the largest die from the set to cut out another rectangle from Strathmore Bristol Smooth paper. Finally, I glued all three rectangles together to finish the card.

I had so much fun coloring this image and making this card. Thank you so much for stopping by! – Mona
