It’s New Release day over at Rachelle Anne Miller Stamps, and this month, Rachelle has designed a beautiful collection of images with inspiring sentiments.

My card today uses the You Are Beautiful image, which I’ve printed onto alcohol marker friendly card, coloured with Copics, and fussy cut. The Copics I used are listed below:
Skin: E31/E42/E41/E50, R20
Apron: RV10/ RV21/ RV23, G00, G000, G0000
Tights: RV10, RV23
Hair: E29/E27/E25/E23
Flower: RV25/RV21
Butterfly: V15/V12
Shoes: RV17/RV14/RV13
Cat: E53/E51/E000, R20, Tail: E33/E31
Next, I made my card base. I cut a piece of heavyweight acetate to 4.25″ wide and about 6″ long. I scored the longer side at 3″ to make the clear panel for the top of my card. Next, I cut four panels of white cardstock, each 4.25″ wide, by 3.75″ tall. I adhered one to the front of the acetate, so that it became 5.5″ long in total. I did the same on the back. Then, I adhered the other two panels to the reverse of the others, so that when you open the card, you the tape runner would hidden, and not visible through the acetate.

To finish my card base, I added some patterned paper from Polka Doodles (the Harmony paper pad) over the white panel, and a slim strip of gold sparkly card from my stash, at the top.
I added my girl and her cat to the front of the card, and stamped an extra little sentiment from Mama Elephant’s “To My Dearest” stamp set. Inside, I added the RAM sentiment.
I hope you enjoyed this card and found the tutorial helpful! See you soon!
